Clean Vinyl Technology Protective Gowns (FDA Class 1), Clear
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) designed for use in patient screening, specimen collection, lab, triage, urgent care, routine office care, lobby, security and similar settings. 

Product: Single piece, seamless Protective Gowns for FDA Class I usage. 

Usage: Personal protective equipment. Designed for use in patient screening, specimen collection, lab, triage, urgent care, routine office care, lobby, security, foodservice, food manufacturing and similar settings. By using this product in these lower level of care settings, supply chain pressure and availability of Class II styles is improved by preserving use for the highest levels of care. 

Formulation: Clean Vinyl TechnologyTM incorporating an antimicrobial. Will not irritate eyes, skin or respiration. Clean, sanitary and sterile smell. Free of harmful chemicals, including but not limited to, heavy metals, phthalates, antimony and arsenic, bisphenol A (BPA), etc. 

Regulations, Certification: Meets or exceeds California's Proposition 65, the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA), Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH), Restriction of Hazardous Substances Directive (RoHS), Coalition of Northeastern Governors (CONEG), Chemicals of High Concern to Children (CHCC). 

Nominal Physical Attributes (Flexible Film with 33 PHR): 
• Thickness (ASTM 2593): 3.1-mil/80.0-micron (Other Thicknesses Available) 
• Surface: Matte (Taffeta and Linen Available) 
• Colors: Frosty Clear 

Physical Properties:  Shrinkage (ASTM D1204), and Tensile and Elongation (ASTM D882): <6%, and 3,000 to 4,000 [2,600 to 3,900), and 80 to 180 [150 to 370). Machine and [Transverse] Directions. 

Performance: ANSI/AAMI PB70 (Air and Liquid Barrier Blocking Performance), ASTM F2407 (Standard for Material Quality), and ANSI/AAMI PB70 Level I through III (Level IV Being Investigated – Expect Qualification Since this Material is Imperviable at Higher Pressures than those Specified by Level IV Testing) 

Cleaning: Single Use. If Desired, Wash with Soap (Mild Detergent) and Water. <250 F. No Direct Contact with Heat Source 

Recycling: Non-bio Hazzard Exposure can be Recycled
