Apparatus Sales Territory Manager

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Apparatus Sales Representative to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales of our apparatus and equipment by identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. You will represent our company in the field, providing exceptional service and solutions to meet the unique needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and increase market share in the designated region.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to address their specific requirements.
  • Stay informed about our product offerings, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Provide expert guidance and demonstrations to clients, showcasing the features and benefits of our apparatus.
  • Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to closing deals.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and support.
  • Address and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in outside sales, preferably in the apparatus or equipment industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach to sales.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Familiarity with our product line or similar apparatus is a plus.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
