NAFECO Acquires Bonaventure Fire and Safety, Expands Gulf Coast Presence

(Decatur, AL - May 4, 2026) - NAFECO, Inc is excited to announce the successful finalization of an asset purchase agreement with Bonaventure Fire and Safety, based in Rayne, La. This marks a significant milestone in our commitment to providing world-class fire and emergency apparatus to the Gulf Coast region. As part of this strategic expansion, NAFECO has officially received territory assignment from Rosenbauer for the state of Louisiana and the southern half of Mississippi. This transition ensures that departments throughout these regions will have direct access to Rosenbauer’s industry-leading apparatus, combined with NAFECO’s renowned customer support.
