  • What type of products do you sell?

    NAFECO provides a wide range of products for firefighting, law enforcement, EMS, industrial safety, rescue, wildland firefighting, fire apparatus, general and custom apparel and SO MUCH MORE! We can source almost anything you might need, so if you do not see something on our website please contact us to discuss your needs and we will be happy to help you.

  • What are your hours of operation?

    We are available 24 hours a day for emergencies, but our normal customer service hours are 8 AM to 5 PM CST, Monday through Friday. If you have an emergency please contact us using our 1-800-628-6233 phone number and the phone system will guide you through getting after-hours help. NAFECO offices are closed on the following holidays: New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.

  • Where are you located?

    NAFECO's world headquarters is located in Decatur, Alabama. In addition, we have other locations throughout the United States to help serve our customers. A map of our location and more information can be found on the Contact page. If you are in or near Decatur, please stop in and visit our new showroom.

  • What types of payments do you accept?

    In person we accept cash, municipal or business checks and all major credit cards. If a line of credit has been setup we can also invoice purchases using the NET Terms agreed to during setup of credit. On our website we accept all major credit cards and customers can use their existing lines of credit.

  • What information is collected about me when I visit your website?

    We collect and retain the information necessary for us to provide the products and services you requested. In that process we may collect non-public information from you as a result of: your completion of an New Account Form or other forms; your transactions and experience with us; or from a consumer reporting agency such as a credit bureau. We do not share, sell or disclose your information with anyone outside of NAFECO.

  • Are all of the NAFECO products shown on this website?

    While we strive to include all of our products on the website, we aren't there yet. If you can't find something you need, please give us a call and we will try our best to source it for you. Our website is constantly being updated and new products added, so checking back often will provide the latest information.
