Lifesaver Seat Belt Cutter features a hard impact plastic. Cuts through seat belt and other material quickly, easily, and safely, and can cut through seat belts 100 times faster than scissors. Comes with a hardened stainless steel blade. Approximately 4 3/4" x 1 3/4". Used by all rescue personnel. Fits easily into EMIs 1st Response Holster.
